    We went for dinner at this location, what a great experience! We got our food and one of the meals was not quite right. Veronica immediately took the dish back to the kitchen and had it fixed. The chef (Kartik) came out to apologize and make sure things were right. They then comped us a dessert. I can't tell you how much we appreciated it, as it was a farewell dinner for my son. thanks again, 10/10.

    Food was good, had the steak taco bowl. Lots of tv’s, great spot to watch sports. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    April girls dinner was great! Food was tasty, drinks were spot on, server (Liam?) Was fantastic. Lots of laughs and fun was had. Liam (if that is his real name) joked around with us and made the night even more fun. It was the 2nd time we chose this place for our bi-monthly dinner and we will for sure be back!

    It was a busy night for Shoeless Joes due to the Toronto maple leaf game!! But lucky for my husband and I we got a seat in the dining room... the game was playing on every tv . Our waitress Caitlin was slammed with 4 tables at one time... one of those tables being a part of 8. She kicked butt!! And with a smile every single time she came to one of her tables!! The food was good and hot... the beers were so cold!! Even though she was so busy... she made sure her tables were happy!! And I have to say we were! My husband and I are staying at the sandman hotel here next to this restaurant... visiting from Windsor Ontario! We definitely enjoyed tonite! We will be back! Thank you Caitlin for a great night at our first time dinning at a shoeless Joes

    Took my daughters out for some quality time. Our server Liam was super friendly and attentive. He was not only friendly but has an amazing personality. He made us laugh and our experience very enjoyable. There was not a dull moment. Hard to find such positive and happy energy today so to be served by Liam was very welcoming. Will be back again for sure. Thanks Liam...Lidia

    I had the best experience earlier, there was a mistake in the kitchen that resulted in a less than adequate meal, but the kitchen manager Kartik turned the whole experience around, made sure my food was excellent, and he even came out and apologized for the mistake with a very kind conversation and a free dessert (not just for me but also for my family). A total integrity move on Kartiks part, when I called to talk to the restaurant manager, he wasn’t in, so Kartik took my call, he was very humble and said he was just doing his job, but service like that is so hard to come by and I think he deserves the recognition, hence my google review. Veronica, our server, went above and beyond as well, checking in frequently to make sure it was all up to par and we were all happy with our experience. 11/10 experience, I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks again Kartik and Veronica, you guys rock!!!

    I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for catching the big game with friends. The food was fantastic – the wings were perfectly crispy, and the burger was juicy and flavorful. The service was also top-notch, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Whether you're here for the food, drinks, or sports, Shoeless Joe's delivers on all fronts. I can't wait to come back for another great night!

    Was there last night for a girls monthly get together and had an absolute blast. Not sure if Liam is his actual name but he was our server all night and he was fantastic. If you have any sense of humor he is the best person to have as a server. He made the whole night that much better. Hopefully when we go back in mid June he will be there again.
